New Hampshire has (apparently) passed House Concurrent Resolution 6 which is “A RESOLUTION affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.” Rumor also has it that Arizona, California, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, and Washington have recently passed similar resolutions.
